Jennifer left a career in technology to join the ATOMICO team. She has experience leading teams with a high growth model in both CPG as well as software and is excited to help start something from scratch with this founder (her husband). Jennifer grew up in an ExPat family, living in places like Dubai and Aberdeen, Scotland which she credits for her love and curiosity about other people, cultures and food. She specifically loves to experiment in her kitchen with any type of Asian recipe where spicy chilis are involved. 

Favorite ATOMICO Flavor: Pineapple Coconut – Because I can imagine I’m on a beach in a tropical place when I drink one.

Favorite Planet: Venus – Because she is named after the Roman goddess of love and beauty. 

If you could grow anything in space, what would it be? Spinach! It’s a superfood packed with nutrients and it’s good fresh or cooked with just a little garlic and olive oil.
